OUR STORY

His love and ardent desire for excellent wine, led Angelo Stinis to the creation of a 
contemporary wine production facility in the historic area of Naousa in Central Macedonia Greece.
The Xinomavro grape variety, which domains in this renowned viticultural region, is widely cultivated here.

THE WINES

XINOMAVRO - White Medium Dry Wine

Vintage:  2013
Vinification/aging: Alcohol fermentation for approximately 20 days in special stainless steel tanks Non contact with the grape skins Fermentation for Blanc de Noir wine production.
Alcohol by volume:  12.5 % vol
Serve at: 48-50 F
Best served with:  Sea food, roasted fish, pasta and white cheese, white meats, traditional Greek cuisine.

XINOMAVRO - Dry Red Wine

Vintage: 2010
Vinification/aging: Alcohol fermentation for approximately 36 days in special stainless steel tanks. Contact with the grape skins during the all fermentation process. Maturation for 2 years in oak barrels.
Alcohol by volume:  12.5 % vol
Serve at: 56-60 F.

XINOMAVRO - Rose Medium Dry

Vintage: 2013
Vinification/aging: Roze vinification. The must remains for 4 hours with the grape skins and then white wine making follows for 28 days at 56 F.
Alcohol by volume:  12.5 % vol
Serve at: 50-54 F.
Best served with: Fruit salads, sweets based on fruits, white meats.
